Statistical Reporting (Real-time and Historical)
Let's face it, the primary income source of your business are new patients. Do you currently understand how many referrals you are getting from each Insurance Provider? Triage Data-Entry
A fluid triage workflow is what Intake offers. Collecting demographic, insurance, and clinical information from your prosepective patients has never been so easy. The Intake interface is designed to flow directly with your coordinator/patient call. The tabular format of the application enables a quick method for switching between triage screens. If the triage isn't 100% complete (example: patient has to call back with information), just archive it and save the patient record for future entry.

Initial Scheduling and Insurance Authorizations
Setup the initial appointment for the prospective patient. Record the original dates and times offered and what clinician the patient was referred to. Tracking and accounting of all insurance authorization data including the quantity of approved CPT Code Sessions. Document the Authorization/Case number and the Insurance approvers name. Intake also offers the ability to change providers. If a current patient has a need to switch clinicians, use the Change Provider function to easily accomplish this task. The Intake application keeps a history of the previous clinical data while also displaying the new information seamlessly.

Work-Queue Management
Besides being the primary screen of the application, The Intake Dashboard gives a "one-stop shop" for displaying the current status of your entire Intake Queue. View in real-time how many appointments and authorizations that need to be completed. View the actual queues and patient data by clicking on the headings. See first-hand how many triages have been completed for today or the current week. This unique perspective helps management determine first-hand the work load of your Intake Department. Auto-Generated Documentation
Why waste valuable time and resources by filling out patient chart information or PCP Letters. Why require your new patient to manually fill out the entire contents of a consent form when you have already collected the information during the triage process? Leverage the Intake powerful reporting engine and have these forms auto-populate so that they can be printed on-demand by your office staff. Merely obtain the signature from the patient. For PCP letters, the appropriate Clinician can simply write their signature and it is ready for mailing.
